To reduce, and eventually eliminate Whistler's
contribution to undermining the ability of other people to meet
their
needs.
Because fair and efficient use of resources is necessary to
achieve social stability and cooperation toward the first three
Sustainability Objectives, this objective suggests that society
needs to enable all people to meet their needs of
subsistence, protection, affection, understanding, identity,
creation, participation, leisure and freedom.
